According to the Campaign for the Defense of Political and Civil Prisoners, Moeini was released by posting a bail amount of 6.5 billion tomans. Of this amount, 5 billion tomans was for his case in the Revolutionary Court, and 1.5 billion tomans was for his case in the Criminal Court.
Ali Moeini was arrested on August 10, 2024, in Isfahan. Following his arrest, some of his and his wife’s assets were seized.
