Ahmad Nabizadeh, a sculptor residing in Mashhad, despite more than two weeks of his detention, remains in custody with no information available about his situation.
According to the Campaign for the Defense of Political and Civil Prisoners, Nabizadeh was detained while sculpting the statue of Mahsa Amini by Intelligence forces in Marvdasht and transferred to an undisclosed location on April 24th, 2024.
So far, the family’s efforts to obtain information about his latest situation have been fruitless, increasing concerns among his relatives.
Nabizadeh, 39, is a sculptor and resident of Mashhad.
