Branch three of the Revolutionary Court in Rasht, under the leadership of Judge Mehdi Rasekhi, sentenced 11 Gilani civil activists to heavy prison terms on charges such as forming groups with the intent of disrupting national security, incitement to public unrest, membership in anti-establishment groups, and propagating against the system.
According to the Campaign for the Defense of Political and Civil Prisoners, the sentences are as follows: Zohreh Dadras: 9 years, 6 months, and 2 days in prison, Zahra Dadras, Matin Yazdani, Forough Saminia, Sara Jahani, Shiva Shahsiyah, Yasmin Hashdari, Azadeh Chavoushian, and Negin Rezaii: each sentenced to 6 years, 1 month, and 17 days in prison. Jelveh Javaheri and Hooman Taheri: each sentenced to 1 year in prison.
