Yasin Samsam, one of the detainees of the 2022 Zina nationwide protests, after appearing at the Execution of the Criminal Sentences of the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Oshnoyeh Revolution, was arrested and sent to the city prison to serve his sentence.
According to the Campaign for the Defense of Political and Civil Prisoners, Yasin Samsam, one of the detainees of the 2022 Zina nationwide protests, was sent to Oshnoyeh prison to serve his sentence of imprisonment and 80 lashes on Saturday, October 21st, 2023.
According to this report, he was transferred to the prison of this city after going to the branch of the execution of criminal sentences of the General and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office of Oshnoyeh.
Yasin Samsam was arrested by the security forces without a court order and then transferred to Oshnoyeh prison on January 12th, 2023.
In June of 2023, this citizen was sentenced to three years and 9 months in prison by the Revolutionary Court of Oshnoyeh on the charges of “assembly and conspiracy to commit a crime against internal security by participating in protests” and for the charges of “participating in the intentional destruction of people’s private property through”, he was sentenced to one year in prison and 80 lashes. H was accused of throwing stones and participating in the transportation of intoxicating substances of the cocktail type.
