The Department of Supervision of Public Places of the Police Force in Babolsar city sealed a book store business.
According to the Campaign for the Defense of Political and Civil Prisoners, the Book City store in Babolsar, Mazandaran province, was sealed off by the officers of the Department of Supervision of Public Places with the implementation of the so-called (chastity and hijab) project on Monday, May 15th, 2023.
The virtual page belonging to Babolsar City Book announced in this regard: ” Book City in Babolsar, according to the relevant officials, is closed until further notice due to (a large number of customers not observing hijab).”
