Loghman Ghaderi and Anwar Sheikh, from a village in Piranshahr who had previously been detained by security forces, are still abeyance.
According to the Campaign for the Defense of Political and Civil Prisoners, two citizens from Pasveh, Piranshahr, Loghman Ghaderi and Anwar Sheikh, who were detained by security forces in October and November of this year, are still in abeyance. An informed source regarding the arrest of these two citizens said: after the arrest, they were transferred to one of the security detention centers in Urmia for interrogation.
The informed source added: “These two citizens were deprived of access to a lawyer and family visits during their detention.”
The informed source stated: The security forces have accused the two citizens of being members of one of the Kurdish opposition parties to the Iranian government.
On Thursday, October 21st, 2021, security forces arrested Loghman Ghaderi on the Piranshahr- Pasveh road without a court order.
Also, on Tuesday, November 2nd, 2021, Anwar Sheikh was arrested by security forces without a court order.
