Hashem Moradi, a residence of Piranshahr, who had previously been sentenced by the Revolutionary Court to five years in prison, was sent to Naghdeh Prison.
According to the Campaign for the Defense of Political and Civil Prisoners, in recent days Hashem Moradi, a residence of Piranshahr, was sent to prison to serve his prison sentence.
According to the report, he had previously been sentenced by the Piranshahr Revolutionary Court to five years in prison on charges of “collaborating with Kurdish opposition parties.”
Mr. Moradi was arrested in Piranshahr along with another citizen named Ismail Mohammadpour on Sunday, November 15th, 2020. He was released on bail pending the trial on November 28th, 2020.
In mid-February 1999, these citizens were each sentenced to five years in prison by the Revolutionary Court of the city on charges of “collaborating with one of the opposition parties.”
