Nezam Sadeghi, a labor activist and member of the Coordinating Committee of Labor Union, was charged at the Revolutionary Court in Sanandaj city on 28 June 2015.
The verdict has been reportedly notified to him within next ten days as Judiciary officials said.
Nezam has been allegedly detained by the “plainclothes officials” in the Intercity Bus Terminal of Sanandaj when he had decided to travel along with his wife to their city Oshnaviyeh on Wednesday, 8 April 2015 and was transferred to Central Sanandaj prison on 6 May 2015.
Finally, he released on the bail 50 million Tomans after having 12 days in the prison on Thursday, 18 May 2015.
The labor activist prisoner had been previously kept in Central Sanandaj prison for one year on 2007. He was also arrested along with 60 labor activists on the charge of attending in the Coordinating Committee of Labor Union meeting in the city of Karaj, Alborz Province on 2012 and kept in Ghezel Hesar prison for four days.
The plainclothes and police officers had shot and severely beaten the attendees during the raid according to the news received by Campaign to Defend Civil and Political Prisoners in Iran.
