Tehran’s parliamentarian Mahmoud Sadeghi announced his summon to Branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court on charges of “propaganda against the system”.
This member of parliament was summoned to the branch on Saturday, November 2nd, 2019.
Mr. Sadeghi published the picture of subpoena and wrote: “On Saturday, November 2nd, a hearing will be held for the charge of “propaganda against the system”, brought by plaintiff Dadyar, the Tehran Cultural and Media Prosecutor’s Office against me in Branch 28 of the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Tehran. The evidence for the crime is the sentences that were cut from my speech at the University of Amirkabir on December 6th, 2016. “
