Osman Esmaili, a labor activist, was summoned by the Saqez Criminal Court to serve his sentence.
According to the Campaign for the Defense of Political and Civil Prisoners, Osman Esmaili, a labor activist from Saqez, who was previously sentenced to 16 months in prison, was summoned to serve his prison sentence.
He received the summon order from the second branch of the criminal sentence enforcement of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office of this city.This labor activist, who was previously sentenced to prison on charges of “membership in one of the anti-regime Kurdish parties”, must appear before this branch within ten days.
Although, Osman Esmaili suffers from heart disease and severe asthma, he has been summoned, arrested and sentenced by the judicial system many times before.
