Three Iranian Balochis, Omid Behi, Armin and Reza, were detained by military forces in the town of Rusak. The exact charges against the three citizens are not yet known.
According to the Campaign for the Defense of Political and Civil Prisoners, three Iranian Balochis were arrested by military forces in the city of Rusak on April 19th, 2022.
According to this report, the identities of the three Iranian Balochis are “Omid Behi”, son of Sharif from Pishin and, “Armin and Reza” from Rusak.
The campaign of Baluch activists while confirming the arrest of these three citizens wrote: The reason for the arrest of these three Iranian Balochis is not available at the time of preparing the news.
The three citizens are said to have been arrested from the Rusak artificial turf football field. Reza was released after 24 hours in custody by Rusak intelligence agents, and Armin and Omid remain in custody.
According to the 2021 annual report by the Baluch Activists Campaign, at least 139 Balochis have been arrested by the military forces of the Islamic Republic, and a total of 79 arrest reports have been received by the campaign, 34 of which have no known reason for the arrest, 13 of which are related to detention in rallies, 3 of which is related to political cases and five cases of arrests for drug trafficking.
