The Gonabadi Dervishes who were arrested during the Golestan Haftom event were sentenced to 69 years imprisonment, 444 lashes, 14 years of exile, 4 years of banned from leaving the country, and 8 years of deprivation of social activities by the Tehran Revolutionary Court branch 15 and 26.
The allegations of these people include “collusion against national security,” “action against national security,” “disrupting the order,” and “disregarding police orders.”
Majzoban Nour website, that reports on the news of Gonabadi dervishes, has so far published the names of dozens of detainees who have been tried and convicted. Most detainees have been sentenced to prison, exile and whipping.
“Collaboration against national security”, “action against national security”, “disturbance in the order”, “disregard for police order” and “disturbing the general order of society” are among the charges against the detainees.
The names of the defendants in this case are as follows:
Reza Rezai: 13 years imprisonment, 148 lashes and 2 years deportation to Mirhaveh
Akbar Biranvand: 7 years imprisonment, 2 years exile to Zahak in Sistan and Baluchestan, and 2 years deprivation of social activities
Ali Bahadori: 7 years imprisonment, 2 years deportation to Mirhavah and 2 years deprivation of social activities
Siamak Sohrabi: 7 years imprisonment, 74 lashes and 2 years of exile
Iraj Madhi: 7 years imprisonment, 74 lashes and 2 years of exile
Ramin Eshkoh: 7 years imprisonment, 74 lashes and 2 years of exile and deprivation of social activities
Bijan Soltani: 7 years imprisonment
Farhang Bouzari Kharazi: 6 years imprisonment, 74 lashes and 2 years of banned from leaving the country
Farnam Farhang: 6 years imprisonment
Mehrdad Eini: 2 years imprisonment and 2 years of banned from leaving the country and deprivation of social activities
